Oregon State Snowmobile Association Convention

There’s nothing quite like spending a weekend surrounded by passionate snowmobile enthusiasts, and the 2025 Oregon State Snowmobile Association (OSSA) Convention was chock full. From January 16-18, we gathered at Diamond Lake Resort, just a short drive from the breathtaking Crater Lake, for three days of connection, education, and, of course, snow.

One of the best parts of attending was getting to spend quality time with members from clubs all across Oregon. Whether it was sharing meals, swapping stories over drinks, or hitting the trails, the sense of camaraderie was strong.

The Highlight: Showcasing the Stage V Bison X

The standout moment of the weekend? Bringing the Stage V Bison X to the convention. Snowmobile clubs across the state rely on top-notch grooming equipment to keep trails in peak condition, so getting the chance to introduce our machine to OSSA members was a big deal.

On Friday morning, Prinoth and other manufacturers joined a roundtable discussion, where OSSA President Dennis Jordan led an engaging Q&A with club groomers. The conversations were insightful, with operators eager to share experiences and ask great questions about the latest in grooming technology.

That afternoon, we rolled out the Bison X for a hands-on show-and-tell session. More than 15 operators gathered to see it in action, and we spent hours demoing and answering questions. Seeing the excitement firsthand made all the effort worth it!

Looking Ahead

Beyond the presentations and demonstrations, the convention was packed with valuable training sessions, riding skill workshops, and group rides. OSSA continues to do an amazing job bringing the community together and supporting the sport. Overall, it was a fantastic weekend, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s convention. Until then, we’ll be out on the trails, making sure every ride is as smooth as possible!
