Meet Your Eastern Canada Snow Grooming Team

21.02.2025

Guy Massicotte, Regional Manager Eastern Canada

Guy started skiing at the age of 3 on the slopes of Mont-Carmel in the Mauricie region. So, it's been since the 70s that you can find him on the slopes of various mountains. Formerly a skier and coach, he now practices the sport just for fun. Don't be surprised if I tell you that he has been working in the world of snow groomers for over 30 years. A beautiful white canvas for the practice of this sport is very important.

As a father to one child, Guy never misses an opportunity to travel with those he loves. Guy has traveled extensively, with his latest journey being a cruise to Alaska with his wife and daughter.

Guy is a true enthusiast of motorsports. In the summertime, he cruises the roads of Quebec and the United States on his adventure motorcycle during his free time. And in the winter, you can find him on his snowmobile on the trails.

Michel Robert (Mike Bob), Spare Parts and Service Coordinator Eastern Canada

Passionate about physical activity, specifically crossfit, Mike decided to open his own gym in 2015 in Bromont. He is the owner of Crossfit Bromont, where he will celebrate 10 years of operation in April 2025.

It's not just crossfit that gets Mike moving. He is also a fan of mountain biking. He practices this sport in the many trails offered by the Parc des Sommets de Bromont.

Mike skis occasionally, but his favourite thing is working with snow groomers.

Philippe Lebel, Sales Representative Grooming Vehicles Eastern Canada

Philippe is a lover of winter sports! Skiing, snowboarding, and snow biking are just a few of his favorites. Any excuse is good enough for him to get out onto the mountain, enjoy the fresh air, and push his limits.

Philippe also loves to be out in nature. He has a place in the wilderness where he works whenever he gets the chance on his timberland. It's a great way to disconnect from everyday life and cut his own wood!

Since childhood, Philippe has always been immersed in the automotive field. With his father having owned car dealerships, he spent much of his free time in the garage. He has amassed a variety of experiences in the field, ranging from parts management to training and sales, all related to the power sports industry.

Noémie Homan-Provencher, Sales Administrative Assistant Eastern Canada

Noémie discovered mountain biking 7 years ago. Since then, she has developed a crazy love for this sport that she can easily practice near her home. What a pleasure to explore beautiful trails.

Hiking in the mountains (trekking) is also another activity that Noémie particularly enjoys. She even had the opportunity to experience it 100% during a several-month hiking trip with her partner. They left with their converted van and were able to discover magnificent places!

Otherwise, another true passion of Noémie is undoubtedly ice cream! What a simple pleasure to go to the dairy bar and choose a sweet treat. Noémie can easily be described as a sweet-tooth! Be advised! Welcome to the PRINOTH family, Noémie, and know that the entire team wishes you a long and happy career with us.

Steve Bonin, Spare Parts Technical Advisor

Steve really enjoys doing activities with his family: biking, hiking, and visiting the various festivals in the region. But what he and his family love most of all is skiing together.

Our colleague is passionate about car racing, especially dirt track racing. He has been involved with a racing team for a long time. He certainly has many stories to share with you!

Éric Lesage, Spare Parts Technical Advisor

A mechanic in his spare time, he modifies and repairs his vehicle himself. He enjoys light to moderate off-roading. But he listens to 'HARD CORE Off-Road'.

Éric recently welcomed a new member into his family. He and his partner adopted a dog; a 6-month-old golden retriever. At work, he likes to say that he loves his new girlfriend.

Jocelyn Bernier, Spare Parts Technical Advisor

At the age of 14, he discovered a passion for mechanics. He spent hours repairing his motorcycles and his parents’ cars, finding immense satisfaction in the process of diagnosing and repairing. This early passion paved the way for his future career, pushing him to deepen his knowledge and skills in this fascinating field.

Graduated in automotive mechanics and electromechanics, he had the opportunity to work at various car dealerships. These experiences allowed him to perfect his technical skills and understand the subtleties of modern mechanics. In 1994, he joined Bombardier Industrial in Valcourt, where he worked on industrial vehicles. His enthusiasm for this work led him to follow the division to Granby, where he held various positions, ranging from assembly line mechanic to trainer for mechanics, including roles in health and safety, new vehicle inspector before delivery, and technical parts advisor since 2015.

Despite a busy career, his passion for mechanics has never waned. At home, he continues to work on his cars, including his antique cars, always finding as much pleasure and satisfaction in each project. Mechanics remains for him an inexhaustible source of challenges and discoveries, nurturing a passion that began many years ago and continues to grow every day.
