Customer Experience Day 2024

On Thursday, June 13, 2024, we hosted the Customer Experience Day together with Leitner, DemacLenko, Troyer, Skadii and Leitwind at our headquarters in Sterzing, Italy. We were thrilled to host numerous attendees from 8 nationalities. the event was filled with engaging activities, insightful presentations, and ample networking opportunities for customers with each other and the HTI Team.

Beside a traditional Frühschoppen and BBQ, attendees were treated to guided tours of our state-of-the-art production facilities, which provided an in-depth look at our innovative manufacturing processes and our commitment to quality and efficiency. One of the highlights of the day was a talk on Clean Motion, where we discussed sustainable practices within the industry. This presentation underscored our dedication to sustainability and resource efficiency, resonating strongly with our audience.

The event also featured a variety of exhibitions, both indoors and outdoors. Together with our historic P15 snow groomer — the first mass produced snow groomer by Ernst Prinoth —, the Raptor 100, Panther T14R and Jarraff vehicle we exhibited our sustainable solutions and innovations. Center of attention were our concept vehicle Leitwolf H2-Motion, the Husky E-Motion and the new multipurpose Transport Cabin on our Leitwolf. It can fit up to 15 people with their skis and snow boards or can be used to transport materials. With its fixation point for rescue sleds, it can be used to evacuate individuals in need of medical care. 

Various games, such as a labyrinth challenge and a weight-lifting competition, provided fun and interactive elements. Congratulations to our weight-lifting competition winner James Buck, who impressively lifted 4,4kg for 5:01 Minutes, followed by Cesare Lee with 4:24 and Georg Urthaler with 3:06.
